3. How do I secure a reservation?
Weddings, Proms and Quinceaneras should be scheduled at least 30 days in advance, however we will make every effort to fill last minute reservations.
4. What is our payment policy?
When you make your reservation we will use your credit card to secure your reservation.
5. What is our cancellation policy?

6. Can My Limousine Service accommodate special requests?
Weddings, proms, quinceaneras and charters require a deposit. The deposit will be refunded if the reservation is canceled 30 days in advance. The deposit is non-refundable if the cancellation occurs 29-10 days prior to service, however the deposit can be used if the event is rescheduled. Cancellations less than 10 days prior to service will result in a full charge.
7. Does My Limousine Service provide airport service?
Yes. We want your limousine experience to be special, so let us know in advance what your special requests are and we will get it done.
8. Is smoking allowed in the limousine?
Yes. My Limousine Service provides private car service to and from airports. If you have excessive luggage or extra-large luggage (golf bags, skies, etc.) let us know in advance so we can arrange an appropriate vehicle for your airport trip.
9. Is limousine service expensive?
No. As a courtesy to all of our customers our limousines are non-smoking.
10. Are our drivers licensed?
A limousine is more expensive than a taxi, however limousine service is reliable and much more luxurious. Another consideration is that when you are enjoying a special event leave the driving to a professional chauffeur, the ultimate designated driver. If you enjoy an alcoholic beverage consider the cost and consequences of a ticket, accident or a DUI. Considering that a DUI can cost as much as $14,660 (according to the Illinois Secretary of State 2005 DUI Fact Book) limousine service is real bargain, and a lot more fun.
