The deposit is non-refundable if the cancellation occurs 29-10 days prior to service, however the deposit can be used if the event is rescheduled. Cancellations less than 10 days prior to service will result in a full charge.

Yes. My Limousine Service provides private car service to and from airports. If you have excessive luggage or extra-large luggage (golf bags, skies, etc.) let us know in advance so we can arrange an appropriate vehicle for your airport trip.
8. Is smoking allowed in the limousine?
No. As a courtesy to all of our customers our limousines are non-smoking.
9. Is limousine service expensive?
A limousine is more expensive than a taxi, however limousine service is reliable and much more luxurious. Another consideration is that when you are enjoying a special event leave the driving to a professional chauffeur, the ultimate designated driver. If you enjoy an alcoholic beverage consider the cost and consequences of a ticket, accident or a DUI. Considering that a DUI can cost as much as $14,660 (according to the Illinois Secretary of State 2005 DUI Fact Book) limousine service is real bargain, and a lot more fun.
10. Are our drivers licensed?
Yes.
